We gather basic information about your school’s needs, grade levels, and goals.
We meet with your principal or leadership team to align expectations and identify priority areas (attendance, tutoring, SEL support, etc.).
We review background checks, confidentiality expectations, and school protocols.
We work with your teachers and counselors to schedule mentors/tutors during:
Reading blocks
Math blocks
Intervention periods
After‑school programs
Attendance support times
Mentors begin supporting classrooms, small groups, and individual students.
We maintain weekly check‑ins with school staff to ensure smooth operations and adjust support as needed.
We support:
Elementary, middle, and high schools
Students needing academic support
Students struggling with attendance
Students needing emotional or relational support
Classrooms with high student‑to‑teacher ratios
All mentors and tutors:
Complete background checks
Follow confidentiality guidelines
