Our Countywide Partnership Ensuring Every Student Has a Pathway to Purpose

Real‑life experience that prepares them for future employment
College‑recognized training and skill‑building
Supportive, consistent adult mentors

Local Schools, Churches & Community Sites
Serve as safe, structured locations for mentoring and tutoring.
These partnerships are already established and active.
Your investment strengthens and expands what is already working in Montgomery County.
Our college partners — led by Sinclair Community College — ensure that youth receive high‑quality training, career‑aligned skills, and stackable credentials that follow them long after high school.
This means donors are not just funding a program.
You are funding a pathway.
A pathway that leads to:
College enrollment
Workforce readiness
Leadership development
Long‑term stability
This is sustainable, scalable, and rooted in evidence‑based practice.
Youth receive structured preparation in leadership, communication, trauma‑informed support, and academic tutoring.
Through WIOA Youth, students earn $10–$15 per hour while serving as mentors and tutors in their own communities.
Youth can transition into fields such as education, human services, social work, behavioral health, and early childhood education.
Donor Impact:
Your support ensures that students are not forced to choose between earning income and gaining experience.
They can do both — safely, locally, and with purpose.
Many young people in Montgomery County face barriers that make traditional employment or college access difficult.
This pathway removes those barriers by providing:
